How do I place an order?

Choose your jersey, size, and option (Jersey only, Shorts only, or Full pack), then add to cart. Payment is securely made by credit card or PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, please contact us at contact@football-place.com.

My promo code isn't working?

Check that the code is entered correctly (no spaces, in capital letters). Codes cannot be combined. WELCOME10 is only valid on your first order.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Metropolitan France: 3–5 working days. Europe: 5–8 working days. Rest of the world: 7–14 working days.

Is delivery free?

Yes, for purchases over €80 in metropolitan France. Below that: €5.89.

Can I track my order?

Yes. An email with a tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.

Products

Are the jerseys official?

Yes. All our jerseys are 100% authentic and officially licensed, faithful to the designs worn by players. Breathable fabric, reinforced seams, durable flocking.

Can I have my jersey flocked with a name and number?

Yes! Custom flocking is available directly on the product page: Name on back (+€5), Number on back (+€5), Name + Number (+€10) or Official patch (+€5).

How do I choose my size?

Consult our Size Guide. If in doubt between two sizes, take the larger one.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 30 days after receipt. Item must be unworn, in its original packaging. Flocked items cannot be returned.

How do I request a refund?

Contact us at contact@football-place.com with your order number. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days after receiving the returned item.
