These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTS) govern the sales of products made by Football Place on football-place.fr.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Football Place reserves the right to modify them at any time.

3. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the indicated address.

4. Payment

Secure payment by credit card or PayPal. SSL encryption.

5. Delivery

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Personalized items (flocked) are excluded.

7. Personal data

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
